Cancellation Policy

At Zentara Lux LLP, we aim to provide transparency and clarity when it comes to bookings and cancellations. Please review our cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

Refundable Cancellations (Eligible Before 15 Days of Check-In)
If you wish to cancel your booking, the request must be received at least 15 days prior to your scheduled check-in date to qualify for a refund. In such cases:

  • The full payment (excluding applicable charges) will be refunded.
  • Deductions may apply for payment gateway fees and currency conversion charges , as levied by banks or financial institutions.

Non-Refundable Cancellations (Made Within 15 Days of Check-In)

Any cancellation requests made less than 15 days before the check-in date will be considered non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for bookings cancelled within this period.

Please include your booking reference number and guest name in your message for faster processing.

Kindly note that all cancellations must be confirmed in writing via email or WhatsApp to be considered valid.
